Ours is called PDLP-The Protein Diversification Learning Pathway, a structured pathway that leads learners to become aware of protein diversification, start a career in the industry and stay upskilled to the latest advancements.
We believe that education must be a fundamental part of the solution to the complex challenges that the food system is and will be facing in the coming decades. From the critical environmental, animal welfare and health issues of the current protein production system, through the demographic growth and expected workforce gaps that will affect the coming decades there is a need for trained and skilled individuals to rise to the challenge.
