By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

  2. Process payments through Stripe.com
  3. Send you relevant updates and communications about our Services.

When you register for a course or purchase Services, we will confirm acceptance either via email or by granting you access to the learning platform. We reserve the right to decline orders (for example, if a payment cannot be processed). In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payment made. By completing registration, you acknowledge that a binding agreement is formed between you and PDA.

Services Provided

Our Services include:

  • Online courses and programs in protein diversification and related fields.
  • Access to digital learning materials, including video lectures, presentations, and reading materials.
  • Optional live sessions, webinars, or events as outlined in your specific course.

We may update or improve course content over time to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by PDA (videos, text, images, presentations, etc.) are the intellectual property of PDA or its licensors. You may use them only for your personal educational purposes. You may not share, copy, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Protein Diversification Academy (PDA) and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our website, courses, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that any reliance on the information provided through PDA is at your own risk. While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content, PDA does not warrant that the information will always be complete, reliable, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose. You are solely responsible for evaluating the applicability of any content to your own personal or professional circumstances.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Responsibility

  1. You are responsible for how you use the knowledge and materials provided in our courses. PDA does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation.
  2. Except where prohibited by law, PDA shall not be liable for:
    • indirect or unforeseeable losse
    • business losses (loss of profit, opportunity, etc.)
    • delays caused by events outside our control.
  3. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are a learner, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of enrollment (“cooling-off period”) provided that you have not yet accessed or downloaded course materials.

If you access or begin using course content during this period, you waive your right to cancel and no refund will be issued.
For subscription-based Services, you may cancel at any time with at least 28 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days via the same payment method used.

Other Important Terms

  • Changes to Services: We may make updates to reflect law, regulations, or technical improvements.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
  • Assignment: We may transfer our obligations to another entity.
  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
  • Waiver: A delay in enforcing our rights does not mean we waive them.
  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark.
